Pore-sealed cast parts made of aluminum

Injection-molded aluminum components often contain micropores, which are difficult to paint without pre-treatment. MERACRYL® monomers, such as HPMA and HEMA, make it possible to fix these deficiencies in rims, engine blocks, or bathroom fittings. The parts are impregnated with it, which means the pores are sealed. Then the parts can be processed further without any issue. This process considerably reduces the amount of scrap.
